鋰電池檢測過程中經(jīng)常遇到的問題
質(zhì)量損失Mass loss

電壓降大于10%
Voltage drops more than 10% of initial
主要原因：保護(hù)板起動、連接片松動、連接線斷裂等
main cause : Protection Module tripped , Connector loosen, Nickel strip broken

溫度大于170℃ 、著火、爆炸、解體等
Extreme temperature ,catch fire ,explosion ,disassembly ,and so on
主要發(fā)生在：外短路、碰撞和強(qiáng)制放電
Main Tests : external short circuit, impact and forced discharge

外殼變形 enclosure deform
主要發(fā)生在：溫度循環(huán) Main test : Thermal cycling
問題發(fā)生后，積極的采取措施
要求客戶專業(yè)技術(shù)人員到現(xiàn)場，確認(rèn)問題點
Professional technical person of customer is required to identify the failure on the test spot

盡可能在現(xiàn)場給出合理的引發(fā)故障原因，也可以帶回樣品做進(jìn)一步分析
Try their best to give the root cause at our center ,of course they can take the samples back for further analysis .

與生產(chǎn)商溝通
Communicate with manufacturers

與各地質(zhì)檢和安監(jiān)部門溝通
Communicate with local administrations of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine, and local administrations of work safety

提出改善方法，重新制作樣品，再送樣檢測
Give a way to improve it , remake the samples and then send for tests. 
和客戶建立良好關(guān)系
 　　和客戶交流，表達(dá)運(yùn)輸安全的重要性
Often communicate with customer, Propagate the importance of transport safety .

讓客戶理解UN38.3 中各個測試的重要性
Make customer know the purpose of each test in UN38.3

提高實驗室綜合能力，成為客戶鋰電池質(zhì)量保證的一部分
Improve test in our lab, Try to become a important part in lithium battery quality system of customer

和客戶技術(shù)人員交流鋰電池的危險性，讓客戶在設(shè)計時提高鋰電池的安全
communicate with technical person on danger of lithium battery, Get customer improve the quality in the stage of design .
